One of Adel's first wins

Adel Ibrahim was born in Alexandria, Egypt to a family of athletes. At the age of nine, he began Greco and Freestyle wrestling training and competition. Adel competed all over the world with the Egyptian National Wrestling team and was the Egyptian National Champion. His professional wrestling career allowed him a chance to experience and discover his true passion – coaching. In 2002, he was called upon to coach for the Egyptian National Wrestling Team including his brother, 2004 Greco Roman Gold Medalist, Karam Gaber Ibrahim as well as other Olympians. Adel’s drive and ambition soon led him to the United States where he has proved himself to be an outstanding trainer and coach. Adel has received certification from ISSA, NASM and is currently studying for AFPA certification. He is certified in stretching, pilates and training with injury techniques. He has been selected as a Top Trainer at Bally Total Fitness and has been recognized as a top trainer nationally.
